Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field with 8 years telecom experience.
• Associate degree with at least 12 years telecom experience.
• HS diploma/GED with at least 16 years telecom experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Telecom Systems Management team from formation to a high‑performing organization with clear roles and accountability.
• Establish auditable network and telecom standards while driving automation and self‑service tools for compliant operations.
• Define authoritative data practices to reduce risk and improve audit confidence across telecom and network systems of record.
• Lead continuous compliance monitoring and audit‑ready practices for regulatory risk including NERC CIP obligations.
• Bridge between Network Engineering, Telecom Engineering, and Network Operations to align teams on security, reliability, and compliance.
• Govern the network monitoring and management ecosystem, roadmap tools and practices for real‑time visibility and rapid incident response.
