Qualifications

• Bachelor's level diploma in CS/CIS/CE or equivalent.
• Experience may substitute formal education on a year-for-year basis.
• Up to 3 years of leadership experience or independence in the role.
• Willingness to perform complex hands-on provisioning and management tasks.
• Ability to participate in 24x7x365 infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of TDM switches and VoIP platforms (MetaSwitch).
• Understanding SS7 signaling, number portability, and CLASS features.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support telecommunications infrastructure.
• Install and maintain hardware, systems, and software for network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage core network services and devices.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues and document resolutions.
• Support server administration and cluster management; manage backups/restoration.
• Plan and monitor infrastructure performance; optimize as needed.
• Manage user accounts, email, security, and anti-virus/spam controls.
• Provide 24x7x365 operational support and on-call readiness.
• Train staff on platforms, equipment, and applications.
