Job summary

Qualifications

• College diploma in computer science, CIS or computer engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with telecom systems, VoIP and network protocols is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network and system infrastructure.
• Manage core services, security, backups, and recovery procedures.
• Maintain and support TDM and VoIP platforms and signaling systems.
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide on-call support and assist with 24x7 operations.
