PJM Interconnection in Audubon, PA is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst to manage and maintain PJM’s telecom assets. You will work on complex tasks with cross-functional teams and support various voice/data infrastructures.

The role is hybrid with weekly onsite requirements and an on-call rotation, within an hour of PJM. A BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent is required, with 4+ years of telecom experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in systems management, telecom support, and telecom admin.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work.
• Effective team communication and written/verbal skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and document telecom systems and assets.
• Track vendor contracts for SLA and expiration.
• Assist in department budgeting with forecasts and audits.
• Monitor circuit utilization and suggest cost improvements.
• Lifecycle tasks for assets including circuits and devices.
• Audit telecom security practices for standards compliance.
• Evaluate assets and develop protection strategies.
• Research and design telecom solutions.
• Communicate change information across platforms.
• Develop and maintain SLAs with vendors.
