Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s a plus.
• 3-5 years of telecom structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency with O-Calc, tnxTower, RISA, AutoCAD; Revit preferred.
• EIT certification required; PE license or eligibility within 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for telecom towers, monopoles, rooftops, and related structures.
• Prepare calculations and documents using applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal staff.
• Develop construction drawings and documentation for installations and upgrades.
• Conduct field visits to gather site data and verify conditions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Review drawings and ensure design compliance.
