Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead high-impact strategy and transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients and emerging growth companies in the Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure sector. The role allows for Denver or Philadelphia bases with onsite client work and in-office collaboration, and limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, technology, engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, transaction advisory or business transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading client engagements or major workstreams with accountability for deliverables and results.
• Experience managing project teams, resources, timelines, risks and budgets.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, recommendations and business cases.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relevant experience in Telecommunications, Digital Infrastructure or adjacent Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation engagements from planning through delivery with accountability for scope, timelines and outcomes.
• Structure complex client problems and oversee market, competitive, operational and financial analyses.
• Develop and communicate executive-level insights, recommendations and roadmaps.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead client workshops, executive presentations and decision-making sessions.
• Manage multiple workstreams, including project plans, dependencies, risks and budgets.
• Direct and review primary and secondary research, including expert interviews and market analysis.
• Coach and develop junior team members and maintain accountability for results.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to proposals and new business development.
• Develop sector insights, methodologies and reusable assets; apply emerging technologies & AI to client delivery.
