Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, technology, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, transaction advisory or business transformation.
• Experience leading client engagements or major workstreams with accountability for deliverables and results.
• Experience managing project teams, resources, timelines, risks and budgets.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, recommendations and business cases.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relevant experience in Telecommunications, Digital Infrastructure or adjacent TMT sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients and growth companies.
• Oversee engagement delivery, quality, scope, timelines and outcomes.
• Structure complex client problems and perform market, competitive, operational and financial analyses.
• Develop executive-level insights, recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Lead client workshops and executive presentations.
• Manage multiple workstreams, including plans, risks, and resource requirements.
• Oversee engagement economics including staffing, budgets and forecasts.
• Direct and review primary/secondary research and benchmarking.
• Coach and develop junior team members and drive accountability.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support proposals.
• Develop sector insights, reusable assets and methodologies.
• Apply innovative approaches and emerging technologies in delivery.
• Contribute to practice growth through recruiting, mentoring and culture initiatives.
