Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, technology, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting, corporate strategy, transaction advisory or business transformation experience.
• Experience leading client engagements or major workstreams with accountability for deliverables and results.
• Experience managing project teams, resources, timelines, risks and budgets.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, recommendations and business cases.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation engagements from planning through delivery with accountability for scope, timelines and outcomes.
• Structure complex client problems and oversee market, operational and financial analyses.
• Develop and communicate executive-level insights, recommendations and roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage multiple workstreams, including plans, risks, and budgets.
• Direct and review primary and secondary research and benchmarking.
• Lead, coach and develop junior team members and contribute to proposals and new business development.
