Job summary

The role blends project coordination, collaboration with a manager, and direct customer engagement. You will work in a hybrid office setting after an initial six-month training period, with in-office days Tuesday and Wednesday and a third day chosen with supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong customer orientation required.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows.

• Familiarity with Java and programming concepts such as API, XML, SOAP, REST, etc.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic research, design and development of software systems.
• Configures application interfaces and options for provisioning.
• Works with Members on pre-sales calls to confirm implementation requirements.
• Analyzes data from member/customer systems to ensure proper conversion to NISC software.
• Leverages AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
• Reviews and prioritizes change requests and participates in code reviews.
• Provides superior customer support and ensures project timelines are met.
• Complies with established software implementation methodologies and procedures.
