Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Operations – Asset & Ticket Management team, working on iVUE implementations and API integrations. You will manage projects, analyze member data, and configure interfaces while ensuring smooth deployment and support across North America.

Hybrid work from Cedar Rapids, IA or Mandan, ND with 3 in-office days per week after training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Telecommunication/Broadband experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize; work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (API).
• Working knowledge of broadband and/or telecom networks.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer support to internal and external customers.
• Conducts implementation analysis.
• Identifies gaps in features and functionality and oversees resolution.
• Follows established software implementation methodologies and procedures.
• Performs quality testing related to system integration.
• Prepares and completes implementation documents.
• Utilizes implementation best practices and artifacts for projects.
• Assists customers in implementation, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support.
