NISC in Cedar Rapids is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead software implementations for Member/Customers and manage projects. You will train users, validate data conversion, and provide ongoing application support using CC&B and related modules.

You will work hybrid from Cedar Rapids or other offices after training, with travel about 10–20%. Strong communication, training, and PM knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of PM processes and theory is preferred.
• Ability to travel 10–20% and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and coordinate basic software implementation project plans.
• Present and train software applications to Member/Customers end users.
• Share best practices for software process efficiency with customers.
• Validate converted data accuracy and engage customers in verification.
• Provide application support throughout project lifecycle.
• Perform data mapping from legacy systems.
• Configure software settings according to project needs.
• Provide after-hours call support as assigned.
• Leverage generative AI tools to boost productivity and problem solving.
• Align with NISC's Shared Values and perform other duties as assigned.
