Job summary

Heights Tower Service in Ohio seeks a civil foreman to lead a small crew through building and maintaining cell towers, small cells, and telecom cabinets and shelters. You will supervise daily work, interact with customers and subcontractors, and communicate with the construction manager about progress and issues.

You will train crew members, manage jobs on time and within budget, ensure safety and quality, and handle paperwork.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience with AC/DC distributions and battery installations.
• Experience wiring cabinets, panels, meter bases, and performing battery installations.
• Ability to read schematics and work from drawings and specs.
• Willingness to travel extensively and perform outdoor tower construction in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew through building and maintaining cell towers, small cells, and telecom cabinets/shelters.
• Interact with customers and subcontractors; complete required paperwork.
• Review and approve crew work; provide training and leadership to maximize safety and productivity.
