Job summary

Betacom is seeking a Tower Foreman to supervise a small crew and perform construction duties on telecommunication sites. You will oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure work is completed safely and on time while following SOW and MOP requirements.

You will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating materials and tools, and producing detailed closeout packages. Strong communication and RF testing knowledge are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunication tower construction and maintenance.
• Ability to read SOW/MOP and create detailed MOPs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel out-of-town if required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2-4 members and coordinate daily tasks.
• Supervise subcontractors and job site personnel to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain job records, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Superintendent or Construction Manager to determine materials and equipment.
• Complete closeout packages and accurate reporting.
