Job summary

Centerline in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to manage daily crew activities and oversee the installation of telecommunications equipment. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in cellular construction and strong supervision skills.

The role requires excellent physical conditioning, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions. Competitive wages and full benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cellular construction (2 as a lead).
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and must pass DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities for crew and assign tasks.
• Supervise and assist with tower erection and installation.
• Perform installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment.

Experience with Samsung Viearo

Physical conditioning and stamina

Basic computer skills

DOT Physical pass

Ability to manage a crew

Sweep & PIM testing certifications

Fiber testing certification

Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification

First Aid & CPR certification
