Job summary

Heights Tower Service is seeking a Civil Tech to join our Ohio market. You will work with field technicians to complete site prep, civil construction, steel fabrication, and tower erecting activities for a leading Midwest telecommunications company.

The role involves digging ditches, pouring concrete, installing conduit, and transporting equipment across the coverage area, with overtime and overnight travel expected. Personal tools are required, and pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• At least three years of civil experience required.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as a company driver.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer.
• Ability to tie down equipment and materials.
• Ability to run a shovel/manual excavator.
• Ability to install conduit.

Responsibilities

• Dig ditches and pour concrete.
• Install conduit and grounding.
• Set/mount equipment and install forms and rebar.
• Operate machinery and use hand tools.
• Travel throughout the coverage area Monday–Friday with some weekends.
