Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of project management experience.
  • Masters degree with 3+ years experience acceptable.
  • Associate degree with 8 years experience acceptable.
  • High school diploma with 10 years of experience acceptable.
  • Understanding of telecommunications, telecom services, or FAA Customer Engineering Services.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team coordination.
  • Ability to work autonomously and ask for clarification when needed.
  • Knowledge of FAA telecom service processes and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate telecom service orders for FAA, including cost estimates and funding memos.
  • Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders, prepare task orders and artifacts for deployment.
  • Support documentation in the Schedule Change Board and telecom service submissions.
  • Maintain up-to-date status in FAA Telecommunications Enterprise Management Tool.
  • Assist with Customer Programs during Architectural Review Board and new facility requests.
