Job summary

The One Communications in USVI is seeking a Consumer Sales Associate to guide customers through the purchase decision and activation process of product offerings, and to provide equipment support and basic technical assistance. The role requires strong communication, organization, and team leadership to maintain a positive store environment.

Responsibilities include selling value of services and devices, meeting monthly sales targets, and delivering an interactive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Retail/sales experience preferred; cellular industry helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of wireless products and services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sell value of products, service plans, devices and accessories.
• Meet monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Provide total sales solutions including basic device setup.
• Assist customers with activation and service sign-ups.
