ATN International Consumer Sales Associate in USVI will guide customers through purchase decisions and activation of One Communications products, while providing equipment support and some technical assistance. The successful incumbent must communicate effectively, be organized, lead by example, and foster a positive TEAM environment.

The role requires meeting monthly sales targets, building relationships, using store displays effectively, and completing paperwork.

Qualificações

• At minimum two (2) years’ Customer-facing experience.
• At minimum one (1) year experience working in a retail sales environment; one (1) year cellular industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Experience in the Communications industry and with current technologies.
• Knowledge and experience with wireless retail sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers.
• Ability to work in a service-oriented, fast paced team environment.
• Ability to listen carefully and actively.
• Ability to meet established sales targets.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Computer literacy and aptitude for learning communication products and services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Sell the value of products, service plans and accessories.
• Meet set monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Provide a total sales solution to customers, including basic device setup.
• Assist customers with signup for Tech assisted services and through repair vendors.
• Assist customers with minor equipment selections and troubleshooting.
• Provide optimum customer experience and develop relationships.
• Maximize sales by effective store merchandising and initiative participation.
• Complete paperwork and sales reports related to store operations.
• Participate in channel sales initiatives including pop-up shops and community sales.
• Support profitability through inventory management and service excellence.
