Job summary

ATN International in the US Virgin Islands is seeking a Consumer Sales Associate in Retail Sales to guide customers through purchase decisions and activation of One Communications products, while providing equipment support and basic technical assistance. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ customer-facing experience required.
• One year retail sales experience, with cellular industry background preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) required.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell the value of the Company’s products, service plans and accessories.
• Meet monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Provide total sales solutions including basic device setup.
• Assist with Tech-assisted services sign-ups and repair vendors.
• Create positive customer experiences and build relationships.
• Maintain engaging store displays and assist with inventory and loss prevention.
• Complete sales paperwork and reports for store operations.
