Job summary

ATN International's Consumer Sales Associate in USVI will guide customers through purchase decisions and activation of One Communications offerings, and provide equipment support and basic technical assistance. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, leads by example, and fosters a positive team environment.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail or cellular industry experience is preferred to meet sales

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required.
• Retail sales environment preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell value of products, plans, devices and accessories.
• Meet monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Assist customers with sign-up and activation of services.
• Provide equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Create an engaging store experience and build customer relationships.
• Complete sales paperwork and reports for opening/closing.
