Job summary

Lucasan Marketing LLC is recruiting Authorized Sales Agents to promote Spectrum services (internet, TV, mobile, bundles) to residential customers. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexibility to scale into leadership or an ISO, optimizing earnings through field, event, retail, or outreach activities.

Agents will operate with an uncapped commission structure, performance bonuses, and opportunities to grow into Team Leader roles, while meeting compliance guidelines and managing own

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule.
• Background check required for authorization.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products to residential customers.
• Engage with customers through approved sales channels (field, events, retail, or outreach).
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers through the enrollment and activation process.
• Track and report daily sales activity.
