Astound in California is seeking Retail Representative I-III to greet customers, present products and promotions, and handle payments and service changes at our retail center. You will assess needs, match the right package, and maintain a positive customer experience. Qualifications

• Phone and in-person customer service experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers, peers, and management.
• Knowledge of cable and data products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and communicate product features and promotions.
• Explain current offers and help customers select the best package for their needs.
• Establish rapport and gather information to match services; review customer level of service.
• Process installations, service changes, and billing inquiries per policy.
• Accept payments, issue receipts, and balance cash drawer daily.
• Document sales activity and paperwork legibly and promptly.
