Job summary

RedLion Mobility is seeking energetic Retail Sales Representatives to work in our New York retail stores. You will engage customers, present telecom products, identify needs, and recommend packages while aiming to meet sales and commission targets.

Qualified candidates should have 1+ year of sales experience, be able to stand for long periods, and be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
