RedLion Mobility is hiring in New York to join our fast-growing retail team. You will work in our branded stores, engaging residential customers and guiding them to the right telecom bundles including mobile, internet, TV and voice services.

The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a performance-driven culture. Flexible scheduling and the potential for a weekly commission structure are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience
• Ability to engage walk-in customers and explain plans/promotions clearly
• Experience selling telecom services is a strong plus
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales and meet targets
