RedLion Mobility is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join its growing in-person stores in New York. You will engage customers, explain telecom products, and help residents connect to fiber-powered Internet, mobile, TV, and voice services.

You will upsell, meet sales goals, deliver excellent customer experiences, and collaborate with store teams. A minimum of 1 year in retail sales preferred; a high school diploma or GED is preferred; must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in retail.
• Experience selling mobile, internet, cable or TV is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred; must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize store sales and commissions.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
