AT&T inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and support store operations in Honolulu. You will partner with the store manager to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and drive sales and service results.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, manage merchandising, and participate in promotional events. Strong leadership and telecommunications knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
