AT&T Kahului, HI is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and coach a team of sales consultants. You’ll partner with a store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across wireless, entertainment and technology offerings.

You’ll apply your leadership and communication skills to help meet and exceed sales objectives, mentor staff, and drive initiatives beyond the store walls.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
