My Wireless is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Honolulu, HI. You will assist and support the Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to provide excellent customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or a similar field.
• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual a plus but not always required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunity arises.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Collaborate with team to exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities daily.
