Job summary

Group O, Inc. in Haslet, Texas is seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to support NPI, development, testing, and life-cycle management of telecom products.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance and cost targets are met with hardware and software integration. The role emphasizes Six Sigma, SPC, RCA, and IC testing while interfacing with customers and production teams to drive quality improvements across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Accredited college degree in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering or related
• OTJ training and years of experience are expected

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified consumer products.
• Develop acceptance tests and inspection criteria.
• Lead design and installation specs and commissioning plans.
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance.
• Contribute to LCAM process throughout asset life cycle.
• Apply Six Sigma methods (SPC, RCA, CPK) to improve operations.
