Job summary

Group O, Inc. is seeking a Product Reliability Technician in Haslet, TX to support engineering and operations with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and product testing. You will help ensure quality and customer requirements through regular maintenance and timely repairs.

The role requires 1–3 years in a related field, familiarity with mechanical/electrical systems, and basic calibration knowledge. AHS? This position is full-time and based on site in Haslet, Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training or coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years in equipment maintenance or related technical role.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of testing equipment and calibration practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and document work completed.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools.
• Support production by verifying test-related failures and escalating issues.
• Work with engineers and technicians to resolve problems and document solutions.
• Participate in equipment setup and commissioning for new projects.
• Provide basic technical support and training to operators to maintain efficient production flow.
• Help maintain spare parts inventory and ensure tolls and equipment are calibrated.
• Assist with process improvements and reliability initiatives.
• Support development and implementation of new testing methods and equipment.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to improve reliability practices.
