Job summary

Group O, Inc. in Haslet, Texas, is seeking a Product Reliability Technician to join our Engineering team and help ensure product quality through maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, assist with equipment setup, calibrate tools, and document work while collaborating with engineers to improve reliability across production lines. 1–3 years in a technical role and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training or coursework preferred (but not required if experience is present).
• 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or a related technical role.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of testing equipment and calibration practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and document work completed.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools.
• Support production by verifying test-related failures and escalating issues when necessary.
• Work with engineers and technicians to resolve problems and document solutions.
• Participate in equipment setup and commissioning for new projects.
• Provide basic technical support and training to operators to maintain efficient production flow.
• Help maintain spare parts inventory and ensure tolls and equipment are calibrated.
• Assist with process improvements and reliability initiatives.
• Support development and implementation of new testing methods and equipment.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to improve reliability practices.
