Smartlink LLC is seeking a Real Estate Specialist II to manage site development from candidate screening through construction handoff. You will own the site lifecycle, coordinating leasing, zoning, permitting, and regulatory approvals while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with experience in telecommunications or commercial real estate and a Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in telecommunications or commercial real estate preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site development from candidate qualification to handoff to construction.
• Drive property search and identify viable locations; prepare reports.
• Assemble and submit SCIP documents for client approval.
• Research zoning codes and leasing packages.
• Coordinate with contractors to meet regulatory and schedule requirements.
• Maintain site status, budgets, and milestones; provide updates to Project Manager.
