Job summary

• Familiarity with environmental regulations and remediation procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and reports.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all phases of telecommunication site construction, from initial design through final completion. This role leads on‑site construction teams, ensures adherence to quality standards, and manages installations in alignment with approved designs and specifications. Key responsibilities include reviewing construction drawings, coordinating utilities, conducting design walks and site visits, selecting contractors, and managing financial processes. The Construction Project Manager ensures that project objectives are achieved efficiently, safely, and with exceptional quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer-provided design, equipment, and specification documentation to ensure accurate and compliant implementation.
• Conduct site visits to assess field conditions, verify progress, and document status updates.
• Perform final inspections and punch walks; generate punch lists and compile close‑out documentation.
• Manage site‑level execution to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, while maintaining accurate records and tracking deliverables.
• Maintain and update internal and client‑facing databases with current site information and progress.
• Evaluate customer proposals and supplemental documentation; research scope changes and train team members on updated designs, equipment, and specifications.
• Continuously review and refine installation standards; communicate specification updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and engage third‑party vendors; coordinate service orders and collaborate with program staff to generate purchase orders and process financial transactions.
• Facilitate seamless handoffs between contractors and real‑estate team members.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to determine optimal construction strategies that comply with jurisdictional codes and standards.
• Oversee the development of material take‑offs and bills of materials (BOMs); manage procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of site materials.
• Represent the customer in local meetings and maintain positive communication with property owners.
• Serve as a key liaison between the customer and internal leadership, providing clear and consistent updates on site status.
• Contribute to organizational knowledge by supporting process design, modeling, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and company standards in all aspects of work.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Flexible and resilient in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Moderate travel (~50%) is expected in association with performing this position.
• Subject to inside and outside environmental conditions.
• May require lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
