Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Specialist focused on Macro network builds in the Florida/Georgia/Alabama region. You will drive site acquisitions, manage vendor performance, and ensure adherence to leasing, zoning, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom site acquisition or real estate, plus strong project management and attention to detail. Experience with telecom providers is a plus, and the position supports cross-market collaboration

• 5+ years of project management experience.

• Organized with ability to drive deadlines and SLAs.
• Financial or PO experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive project completion and site acquisition.
• Track vendor performance and update project trackers.
• Ensure compliance with leasing, zoning, environmental, and regulatory policies.
• Manage project budgets.
• Participate in deployment calls with vendors and project team.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Manage macro real estate processes in FL/GA/AL submarkets.
• Focus on macro initial builds or macro modification.
