Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Manager (Q-Systems: Telecom Quality) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities across multiple data-center campuses. You will collaborate daily with contractors, consultants, engineers and operations staff, ensuring programs meet scope, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-8 years of professional experience in technology systems design/implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time; average travel every 2-3 days every other week.
• US Citizenship is required by law for this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across multiple campuses, overseeing budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Review designs for compliance with QTS standards and basis of design documents.
• Oversee installation and commissioning to ensure system compliance.
• Develop and manage multi-phase site development plans to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with Contractors, Design Consultants, and Vendors to drive projects forward.
• Maintain relationships with key QTS stakeholders and lead in OAC and low voltage meetings.
• Improve project management processes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Understand facility operations needs and align technologies accordingly.
