Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC in York, SC is seeking a Development Project Manager – Q-Systems to lead multi-campus data center projects covering BMS Controls, DCIM, Security, and Telecom design through construction. You will coordinate with installation contractors, design consultants, and Data Center Operations, managing budgets, schedules and progress reports while ensuring compliance with system standards and design documents to deliver on time.

Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in building controls, security, and/or low voltage design and construction practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on multiple campuses, budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Review design compliance with standards and Basis of Design documents.
• Oversee commissioning to ensure systems operate per design.
• Implement multi-phased site development plans to achieve time, budget and quality targets.
• Monitor schedules and lead teams to on-time completion.
• Liaise with stakeholders and represent QTS in meetings.
