• Telecom Provisioning & Circuit Lifecycle Management: own full lifecycle of circuits from ordering to disconnects and coordinate delivery across field locations.
• Carrier & Vendor Management: serve as primary relationship owner, negotiate terms, manage performance and escalations with providers.
• Field Connectivity & Deployment Coordination: partner with field teams to coordinate site readiness, installations, and turn-ups.
• Network Alignment & Standards Integration: ensure telecom services meet network architecture and VLAN strategies.
• Service Performance & Vendor Accountability: analyze outages and drive continuous improvement with vendors.
• Inventory & Lifecycle Governance: maintain telecom inventory, identify cost saves, and ensure data integrity across records.
• Operational Excellence: develop runbooks, metrics, and financial tracking for telecom spend.
