Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2 years' project management experience.
• 2 years' experience with a project management system.
• 2 years' experience in a telecommunications network provider.
• 2 years' ServiceNow ITIL experience.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive project completion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal staff and CAB meetings.
• Set agendas and keep meetings on task.
• Track progress and identify at-risk projects using ServiceNow.
• Report KPIs to executive management.
• Coordinate with vendors and CAI integration.
• Oversee BroadbandOhio (BBOH) projects as they arise.
• Coordinate resources for Lumen POP closure and relocation.
• Communicate with engineering, client services and development teams.
• Apply industry best practices and maintain documentation.
• Budget planning and fiscal project allocations.
