TAK Broadband is seeking an experienced Project Specialist to join our team in Fairfield, CA. You will support telecom construction project execution by managing activities, resources, and communications between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, maintaining schedules, and assisting with budgets and procurement while ensuring project standards. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package in a full-time, onsite setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification a plus.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
• Help prepare budgets and analyze risks and opportunities.
