TAK Broadband is seeking an experienced telecom Construction Manager to lead field construction efforts in Wisconsin (Manitowoc, Fond du Lac, Williams Bay) with the flexibility to travel nationally as needed. You will oversee daily activities, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecom construction with supervisory experience
• Experience in aerial and underground construction
• Knowledge of RF and fiber networks
• Estimating, bidding, and change-order experience
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 90% annually

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities across multiple projects
• Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule
• Travel to project sites across the regional market as needed
• Conduct site walks, safety audits, and closeout inspections
• Coordinate with permitting, engineering, and logistics teams to stay on track
• Track milestones using company tools and manage material deliveries
