Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED (Required).
• OSHA 10/30 certification for site safety.
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
• RCDD certification is highly valued.
• Familiarity with BICSI standards and structured cabling.

Responsibilities

• Define and document the project scope, objectives, and deliverables for telecom projects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clients, contractors, vendors, and leadership.
• Develop budgets and cost forecasts aligned with project scope and industry standards.
• Track and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including subcontractors and vendors, with training as needed.
• Estimate resource requirements and ensure timely procurement and deployment.
• Create detailed project schedules and assign tasks for each telecom phase.
• Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and escalation of issues.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
• Conduct reviews to identify risks and opportunities for process improvements.
• Stay current with telecom technologies, safety standards, and PM best practices.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure milestones, quality, and client expectations are met.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for compliance and future use.
• Drive on-time project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams.
