Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex telecom programs from initiation through close-out, overseeing fiber deployments, 5G site upgrades, and related service launches.

You will own scope, schedule, budget and quality across internal teams, field crews, vendors and customers. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of telecom PM experience, track record of $5M+ project budgets, and proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecom infrastructure project management experience.
• Experience delivering projects with budgets of $5M+ and cross-functional teams of 15+ people.
• Working knowledge of fiber optic, wireless (4G/5G), IP/MPLS or transport network technologies.
• Experience with permitting, rights-of-way and municipal or utility coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end telecom project delivery, including FTTH/FTTP, 5G, DAS and data center upgrades.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, permitting and procurement.
• Manage 3-8 concurrent projects with dollars ranging from $2M–$25M each.
• Coordinate with customers, municipalities, utilities and executive sponsors.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO process improvements.
