KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex telecom projects from initiation to close-out, owning scope, schedule, budget and quality across engineering teams, field crews, vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing telecom infrastructure projects
• Budgets of $5M+ and cross-functional teams of 15+ people
• Experience with fiber optic, wireless (4G/5G), IP/MPLS or transport networks
• Permitting, rights-of-way and municipal/utility coordination experience
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet or Primavera P6, plus Excel and a ticketing/PSA tool
• Strong financial management skills including capex budgeting and forecasting

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects (FTTH/FTTP, 5G/LTE, DAS and small-cell, data center interconnects)
• Build integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources and procurement
• Manage a portfolio of 3–8 concurrent projects valued at $2M–$25M each
• Track milestones through design, permitting, construction, testing, turn-up and handover
• Report status, KPIs and escalations to senior leadership via dashboards and reviews
