KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex telecom initiatives from initiation to close-out. You will own scope, schedule, budget and quality across engineering teams, field crews, vendors and customers.

In this senior role you’ll manage 3–8 concurrent projects valued from several million dollars, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to specification. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (AEC) with 6+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading telecom infrastructure projects and large budgets.
• Proven delivery across design, permitting, construction and commissioning phases.
• Strong knowledge of fiber, wireless, IP/MPLS or transport networks.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera P6).
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects (FTTH/FTTP, 5G, DAS, data centers).
• Create integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, permitting and procurement.
• Manage a portfolio of 3–8 projects valued at multiple millions.
• Track milestones from design through acceptance and close-out.
• Coordinate with customers, municipalities and vendors; manage change orders.
• Mentor junior PMs and advance PMO templates and processes.
