KCI Technologies, a leading engineering, consulting and construction firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar telecom initiatives from initiation through close-out. You will own scope, schedule, budget and quality across internal teams, field crews, vendors and customers, driving successful delivery in a dynamic environment.

You will manage a portfolio of complex projects, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with industry standards, and mentor junior staff

Competenze

5+ years of telecom infrastructure project management.
Experience delivering projects $5M+ with cross-functional teams of 15+ people.
Proficient with MS Project, Smartsheet or Primavera P6 and Excel.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit construction/site locations.
Experience ensuring compliance with FCC rules, OSHA safety standards, NEC and local codes.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects such as FTTH/FTTP builds, 5G and LTE site deployments, DAS and small-cell rollouts.
Build integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, permitting and procurement.
Manage a portfolio of 3–8 concurrent projects, typically valued at $2M–$25M each.
Track milestones through design, permitting, construction, installation, testing, turn-up and acceptance.
Act as primary contact for customers, municipalities, utilities and executive sponsors.
Coordinate engineering, OSP/ISP construction, RF, network operations, procurement and finance teams.
