Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex telecom programs from initiation to close-out. You will own scope, schedule, budget and quality across engineering teams, field crews, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and PMO process improvements. The role requires experience with fiber/wireless networks, permitting and budgeting, and a driver’s license for site visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing telecom infrastructure projects.
• Budgets of $5M+ and cross-functional teams of 15+ people.
• Experience with fiber optic, wireless (4G/5G), IP/MPLS or transport networks.
• Permitting, rights-of-way and municipal or utility coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet or Primavera P6, plus Excel and a ticketing/PSA tool.
• Strong financial management skills, including capex budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects (FTTH/FTTP, 5G, LTE, DAS, small-cell).
• Build integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, permitting and procurement.
• Manage a portfolio of 3–8 concurrent projects with value $2M–$25M each.
• Coordinate with customers, municipalities, utilities and sponsors; manage contractors and vendors.
