Job summary

VERITA TELECOMMUNICATIONS is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and completion of telecommunications projects at our Indianapolis, IN location.

You will liaise between internal teams, field operations, vendors, and customers to coordinate activities, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery, within budget and to requirements. This full-time role is not remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination, telecommunications, construction, or related experience.
• Knowledge of wireless, fiber optic, broadband, or telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple telecommunications projects from initiation through completion.
• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resources.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Communicate updates, risks, and status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, field operations, and vendor teams.
• Schedule site surveys, installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Monitor documentation, permits, contracts, and compliance.
• Maintain project records and ensure data accuracy in PM systems.
• Identify risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Support procurement, including equipment orders and vendor coordination.
• Facilitate meetings and document action items.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety standards, and regulations.
