Verita Telecommunications seeks a Construction Supervisor to lead daily field operations for telecommunications construction projects in South Bend, IN. You will coordinate crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment, staying hands-on on the jobsite and bridging field teams with Operations Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction prints, maps, and telecom plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct field crews including operators and linemen.
• Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and communicate goals.
• Coordinate with Operations Management and engineers.
• Ensure installations meet project specs, depths, and safety.
