Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage telecom operations across North America in a hybrid role. You’ll coordinate field work, monitor costs, and analyze performance against CPI, SPI and EAC metrics while collaborating with project managers, engineers and clients to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will leverage Excel and Power BI for real-time reporting, maintain logs and CRM records, and participate in continuous process improvements to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or controls (telecommunications preferred).
• Familiar with U.S. telecommunications providers and their protocols.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, IF statements); Power BI and SAP a plus.
• Understanding of CPI, SPI, and EAC; familiarity with WBS and CBS is an asset.
• Excellent communication and time management; independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of telecom maintenance and construction projects; manage schedules, materials, access and closures.
• Maintain project logs, CRM systems, and Excel trackers with real-time status.
• Lead weekly update calls with internal teams and clients; prepare WIP reports and summaries.
• Support cost tracking: labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment; assist in cost reports and forecasts.
• Generate performance reports using Excel and Power BI; support change management and billing.
• Collaborate with field managers for job readiness and timely completion; engage in continuous improvement.
