Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to manage telecom operations and project performance in a hybrid role. You will coordinate field activities, track costs, and analyze performance with engineers and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom project coordination, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with CPI/SPI/EAC. Some travel up to 15% is expected; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecom construction project coordination or controls.
• Familiarity with U.S. telecom providers and operational protocols.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI and SAP a plus.
• Understanding of CPI, SPI, and EAC.
• Experience with WBS and CBS is an asset.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track all phases of telecom maintenance and construction projects, including scheduling, materials, access, and closure.
• Maintain and update project logs, CRM systems, and Excel trackers reflecting real-time status.
• Conduct weekly update calls and meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Generate and submit daily WIP reports and training summaries.
• Support project cost tracking: labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment.
• Assist in preparing cost reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC).
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to generate performance and status reports.
• Support change management and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure job readiness and timely completion.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
